…or How I Got Banned from Twitter AND Breitbart
I was neutered before the 2020 election. I really didn’t fully understand it at the time, but after the permanent suspension from my Twitter account, I would eventually be banned from Breitbart and now realize the obvious, that Facebook “shadowbans” are causing my post to be be seen by maybe a dozen or so “friends” out of 1500.
When I was permanently “suspended” from Twitter I had 30,000+ followers and had received exactly one warning in 3 years for a post when I included the word “bitch”. I was given a 24 hours or maybe a few days suspension. The second “warning” was a permanent “suspension”. Recently I almost decided that if no one was reading my posts, what’s the point. They had me defeated. I quit Facebook for a month and didn’t miss it that much.
At some point I clicked on a Glenn Greenwald link, probably after a Tucker interview, as he was forced to resign from the news business he helped found and had started writing his uncensored words on Substack. When I finally decided to try, it seems that I can be a fair writer. I will add that Glenn Greenwald is a brilliant author and journalist, brave enough to be vilified by both “sides”
I took a number of creative writing courses at Ohio University. Excellent published authors Harold Summers, Walter Tevis and Daniel Keyes. My upper level course in creative writing including 10 students meeting in board room and reviewing material anonymously after sliding assignments under the door prior to class. After a brutal non-anonymous review by a bunch of angry scribes attacking my final piece, Daniel Keyes recommended in private that I seek another profession.
I now know why. It was the fear. The anger. The belief that I had picked people and represented genders in descriptive ways. What I had done was what good authors do. They all read my piece to the dramatic end and some were repulsed. They all had emotional reactions to my work. Frankly, I had trouble reading their incoherent or drab works that I never finished. Most of the other final pieces were incomplete with no ending wandering aimlessly. I was discouraged not because of bad writing, but because of the affect my writing created in the professor.
So, just how did I get permanently suspended from my Twitter account. After I had worked for a year growing my base and joining groups with similar “likes”, I had accumulated over 30,000 followers and had developed my own Twitter format with poignant messages and silly cartoon gifs. At some point I used an app available that scans Twitter for “shadowbans”. I had 4 different shadowbans preventing almost ALL access to my page by any other Twitter user. I didn’t even pop up in searches. That was when Twitter noticed me.
I started posting tweets describing my (conservative) shadowbans and asking for attorneys and victims to join a Class Action lawsuit. My problem was, Twitter ran the argument by legal and found validity in it. My foundational complaint has since been added to Trump’s supposed class action suit, although I contacted them and received no reply.

Social media platforms have 230 “utility” protection. There IS legal precedent against Utilities for the “throttling” of services. Four different HIDDEN Shadowbans were on my account. Twitter was in “breach of contract”. I was paying my FULL utility rate with Twitter having access to data and materials they used for advertising and profits, while I wasn’t receiving a free, open and unedited “town square”. It seemed a fair utility contract initially, but I was NEVER notified of TOS “throttling” of my Twitter utility and thereby could not make an informed Decision to continue with my business. Twitter was stealing my data and I was secretly receiving NO product. Legal knew they had a problem. Without notification what could they do. When download speeds were secretly throttled, the utilities at least paid major fines and some small refund was issued. During the election period I was permanently banned for calling Brett Baier a “media whore”. Twitter related to me that ONE tweet caused my permanent ban. They couldn’t admit their secret shadowbans so they gave me a permanent ban.
Since then Twitter has notified me twice that my account was hacked and breached, requiring me to “change password”, without me even being ALLOWED access to my account. They caused me “pain and suffering” with their hack notifications and me having no way to change my password. They have permanently stolen my data and creative material, without recourse or recompense. At least Facebook allows two different types of downloads of your complete accounts with posts, pictures and videos if you close account.
I’ll make it short. Breitbart bans “Water the Tree of Liberty” as quoted from President Thomas Jefferson. When attempting to uncover how an algorithm can identify this quote, I was tagged. After every Breitbart comment with the word “water” the Algorithm looks for the word “tree” and it gets flagged for “moderation”. The quote actually posted after spacing “w a t e r” exposing the Presidential censor algorithm. I know, I did break TOS with the spaces, but I don’t think I got a permanent ban for One infringement…
