Am I supposed to honor Black Americans by watching their shows, awards ceremonies and cable channels, or am I supposed to respect their space, as some programs seem to be marketed exclusively to Black Americans…

One of my favorite sitcoms of ALL time is Sanford and Son. I grew up with ol' Redd. That was more broadly marketed but still pretty close to cutting edge on shared ethnicities in the big city back in the 70s.
